Office 365 Migration Services
AVGN Systems services offer three pre-packaged, fixed-price projects to clients for Microsoft Office 365 migrations. Additional scope may be added to each package on a custom basis.
Package 1: Office 365 Cutover Exchange Migration
Scope:
- 50 user mailboxes migration
- The migration process moves messages, contacts and distribution groups
- Cutover migrations 
- Add/register domain names in Office365 through a process called partial re-delegation
- Auto-discovery for Office 365
- Migrate ActiveSync configurations
- Migrate MX records, DNS, user mailboxes, forwarders, DLs & GALs
- Test new Exchange setup and deliver project completion report

Package 2: Office 365 Staged Exchange Migration
Scope:
- 100 user mailboxes migration
- The migration process moves messages, contacts and distribution groups
- Staged migrations
- Migrate MX records, DNS, user mailboxes, forwarders, DLs & GALs
- All client access redirections will be configured on Office 365
- Synchronize Active Directory
- Auto-discovery for Office 365
- Configure Microsoft Federation Gateway
- Test new Exchange setup and deliver project completion report

Package 3: Office 365 Hybrid Exchange Deployment & Migration
Scope:
- 100 user mailboxes (existing on-premises mailboxes to the cloud-based organization)
- The migration process moves messages, contacts and distribution groups
- Staged migrations
- Install Exchange Server 2010 or Exchange 2010 Hybrid Server
- Configure Microsoft Federation Gateway
- Migrate ActiveSync configurations
- Synchronize Active Directory
- Route mail between on-premises and cloud-based organizations
- Route mail with a shared domain namespace (optional)
- Configure and test centralized control of mail flow
- Enable free/busy and calendar sharing between on-premises and cloud-based organizations, unified global address list
- Test new Exchange setup and deliver project completion report

Additional Scope
End-client can add additional activities to the above project scope. Based on the scope, additional hours will be charged for these activities. The estimates provided below are based on the assumptions that these tasks are included during the planning phase of the project.
